We deliver complete projects: engineering, procurement and construction under one management, with quality assurance and technical supervision throughout. Procurement runs through our own trading and logistics lines, which keeps materials, equipment and programme aligned.

Engineering and construction is one of GCI’s four lines, and it works alongside the other three. A programme can draw its steel, cement and equipment from our trading lines, its transport and customs from our logistics line, and its delivery from our construction team — one counterparty from order to handover.
